As promised to all my little Elfs at Secret Santa Workshop last weekend.... had there been a contest for Iron Chef Elf... Cheryl would have won! Everyone asolutely loved her casserole... so she's sharing the receipe with all of us here....
Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
1/2 c butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 oz) package dry corn bread mix
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 c sour cream
1. pre heat oven to 350* and lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish
2. mix all ingreditents in medium bowl and spoon mixture into baking dish
3. bake for 45 min or until top is golden brown
Makes 8 servings
