Created mostly from various punches.... the white face is made from any large heart punch or die (turned upside down). You'll just need to round off the point at the top of his head....
No punches were harmed in the creation of this puppy card:
Any large heart punch or die
(or hearts can easily be cut freehand)
1 1/4 inch punch for the ears
Itty Bitty Shapes punch for the "brown spot"
1/2 inch circle small punch for the eye
Spiral Border punch for the colar
1 inch circle and 3/4 inch circle punches for the Friend tag
