You'll Go Bats Over This One!

This is absolutely adorable... well, not sure "adorable" is a good description of anything to do with bats or Halloween or spooky things.. but ya gotta love it!

Jnnilees Halloween wreath

Using the Flower Folds Bigz XL die works perfect for it!  Trust me the photo doesn't do it justice....

It's about 20" wide and the colors are Black and a bit of Bravo Burgundy.  The bat template was found online somewhere (so ya might have to "wing it"... hee hee hee) but after you cut it out, draw score lines on the wings for a little texture and movement.  The eyes are SU rhinestones that have been colored with a deep orange permanent marker.

You need to cut out lots of the largest flowers and curl the ends for the outer pieces.  For the inside spritz them with water and crumple and bend the petals inward and let them dry.  Each flower has 5 layers. They are just glued together with Tombow Multipurpose adhesive and then hot-glued to a metal wreath that has first been wrapped with wide ribbon.

Add some die-cut leaves from the Autumn Accents die.  This helps fill in the areas between and around the flowers. Also run them through the Big Shot using the wood grain embossing folder.
Ten days til Halloween... better get busy!
