I should Google some history on "birthdays" and see who the brilliant person was who started this fabulous "tradition"... I know in some cultures it's not as prevalent as it is here in the U.S.... I sure hope it really wasn't Ms. Hallmark... and rather think it was some some loving parents who wanted to show the gratitude they had each year for the gift they had been given...
This birthday cake card was made by taking strips of DSP.
Just make a double score on the ends to create a "box" and nestle the "boxes" into each other to create the tiers. Colors used were Not Quite Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke and Sahara Sand.
