Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast
4-6 chicken breasts pounded and flattened
6 sliced thick sliced bacon
(Recommend using a pepper type)
6 thin sliced swiss cheese
lemon pepper seasoning
garlic salt
seaon salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Season the chicken with seasoning
Lay swiss cheese on top and roll up
Cover with bacon strips and close with toothpicks.
Grill on Barbecue turning continuously to cook through!
