So today is our Fall Festival 2010 hosted by the Rubba Sistas! We have been planning and preparing and talking and thinking and creating and brainstorming for several months.. just in anticipation of Today! I am so excited to spend the day not only with my BFFs but also with so many awesome customers... we have 50 gals who have registered this year... Woo Hoo!!!!
We'll have ten Stamp-a-Stack stations along with 5 Make n'Takes... plus our Taco Man is catering lunch!! Can't go wrong with that! I always am ready for some spice in my life.
So in the following days I'll be showing you all of the cards and projects... along with shots of the display boards and door prizes... everyone wins so that's really fun. Also we'll be having a Raffle Drawing and have seven lucky winners!
In the mean time, wanted to share with you this fun little owl I made last year at our Fall Festival....
All you need is the various circle punches for the eyes, the Top Note die cut for the head, along with two different colored scalloped circles cut in half for the "wings"... hope you can see the little owl feet at the bottom too.. the little heart punch works great and attach with sticky tape. Also use two hearts to create the"bow tie" held together with a gold or silver brad. Fill cello bags with the M&Ms and seal before assembling the owl.
You can usually find the Halloween colored M&Ms at Walmart.... but they go fast so don't drag your witches broom...
