Material Girl or Material Flower?

Who was the Material Girl?? Madonna I think... but maybe now it's Lady GaGa... I don't know.... but if you want to see how to make a material looking flower out of paper.... read on!

Stop a minute and soak this in.... created by wonderful Debbie Hendersen.

The scallop layers on this card are created using the Tasteful Trim Die and the Elegant Soiree DSP. Just layer them by alternating the placement of the scallops. This is a very easy way to decorate part of your card and gives it the "wow" factor.

The little flower below was made by using the 5 Petal Flower Punch. Cut out 3 flowers and use your Paper Crimper to break the fibers. Run them through your crimper 10-12 times and then use your bone folder to separate them into 2 separate layers. Poke a hole in the center with your Paper Piercer and add a brad in the middle. Shape them the to create a flower in full bloom:

Honestly they look like they're really made with material... wow!
Madonna eat your heart out.
