He just makes me smile & giggle....he's so cute! And he is all punches!
Here is a close-up of the buttons. she used "faux thread" in all 3 of the buttons by cutting a very thin slice of cardstock and threading it through the holes. Add a Mini Glue Dot to secure the "threads"! She even added 2 small Pearl Jewels to one of the buttons:
Did you notice the tags? Stamp 2 "baby" from the Tiny Tags Stamp Set and cut them out with the Jewelry Tag Punch. Then use a safety pin to grab a hold of all 3 of the tags, space them the way you want and then glue a Stampin' Dimensional behind all 3 to secure them in place so you can read all 3 at once:
