The inside of this birthday card has this cute pennant stamp from Patterned Party.
To make this funky card, start with a 11" square of patterned paper folded in half.

Can you see how it closes? The two side flaps fold in first and then the top flap folds down and into the pocket behind the black and white butterfly piece.
