Welcome to the Reed Ranch!: Bunco Bash at the Reed Ranch!

Well Saturday night we had our Annual Bunco Bash at the Reed Ranch... it's our third annual... seems a fun new tradition we've started... It began three years ago when I TRIED to give Jerry a surprise Birthday Party... but SOMEONE who's initials are W.B. gave it away!!!!.... well sort of... at least Jerry played ignorant and didn't let on he knew... so from then on no more surprises...

We had a blast and were so encouraged that everyone came... and many from lands far away!!!.... Like Turkey on the other side of the globe!!! .. and Fontana.. hee hee hee.... we were so grateful everyone came to celebrate and enjoy the evening together!

And for Brayden this was his "first" annual.... love it! And the best part was that Don and Darlene (Brayden's other grandparents) came down too (they were the ones from Fontana)!!! Actually the just flew in at 1am that morning from Florida and still managed to join the festivities.. we were so excited to see them!

Our visitor from Turkey was Bige, Arzu's' mom, who's been visiting here since the summer... she will be returning home to Turkey next week so it was a wonderful way to spend one last evening with her. I do hope she's able to come visit us again next year! Although she spoke no English.. nor any of us spoke Turkey-ish (?) there was no lack of communication and she learned how to yell "Bunco" really fast!

When Brayden arrives I gave him his first Christmas ornament ..... it's a darling handmade baby ball one of the gals at work made ... I don't think he was as excited as Holly and I were!

He was smothered in kisses all night long... which is a good thing! Here's Claire smoochin' with him...

we think so much alike and love so much of the same things in life!
